bill for inactive account

I need to download bills from my previous account but the account has been inactive for a few weeks and I cannot switch to the inactive account or see the bills from the https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history page of my current account. How can I get the bills from my previous, now-inactivated account?
