Are you trying to connect to your home WiFi network, or are you trying to connect a specific device to WiFi?

 

Also, could you let me know what happens when you try to connect? For example:

Is the WiFi network not showing up?
Are you getting an error message?
Does it say "Connected, but no Internet"?
Is this affecting one device or all devices?
