Automatically signed out each time

Everytime I sign in, I am signed out shortly after. I tried different browsers, clearing cache, and resetting passwords among other things. I am trying to set up a wifi plan before moving into my new apartment soon so prompt help would be appreciated! Thanks.

u/JRDuggan Got it and thanks! Okay don't sign in and simply proceed with adding the service you want. One needs to have the service first, and that allows them to manage it all online. Once you obtain the service, you'll be able to use that same username to continue with managing your account online, or on the Xfinity app! These https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pre-activation-benefits are the benefits you can enjoy with your username before the service is installed :). To summarize, place the order for service, create your account to manage it all, and then enjoy.

u/JRDuggan Thanks for posting and letting us know. That is strange, but we can ensure you stay logged in successfully. Do you already have service that you're transferring to the new apt?

@XfinityBenny​  No, I created a brand new account yesterday and while I was making an internet plan, I was logged out. Now I am constantly signed out each time, I have also tried using my phone, desktop, and laptop to sign in but still am unable to. I sometimes encounter a "Sorry" page telling me something went wrong while signing in.
