Automatically logged out every time.
I just signed up for internet service through Xfinity, and during that process I made an account using my gmail. Once it was finished I received an email saying I could check a summary of my order using a provided link. But every time I try to sign in I am redirected to the home page and signed out. When I attempt to use support chat I get a message thanking me for signing in before it immediately asks me to sign in again.
The only reason I can think this is occurring is because one of the links I was sent after sign-up wanted me to make another xfinity ID, this time using my first and last name @xfinity.com. I didn't want to create another one so I stopped the process halfway through and attempted to sign into my xfinity ID that had the gmail address. Maybe it connected both accounts to the order and it's now causing some kind of issue?
If I need to activate my service first before having access then that is fine, but it wasn't outlined anywhere. I even checked the pre-activation benefits page and I am unable to do any of that. I've tried different browsers, the Xfinity app, and nothing is working.
