Auto Sign Out
Every time I sign in using any computer, or any internet, or any web browser, I am immediately logged out. Trying to go through support will only send me through the automated bot that clearly has no idea how to help me since it asks me to sign in over and over (which doesn't work)... I still haven't been able to complete my purchase of the internet package as I cannot stay logged in to complete the transaction... [Edited: "Language"]

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Same problem here, would like some assistance please. There is no "Direct Message" icon at the top of my page though.
