As of July 2026 the website is STILL horribly slow, glitchy and downright frustrating.

This must be intentional. No other site is like this. Why is it so slow? 

Every other site i go to loads fine but just going to Xfinity takes a minute for the page to load. Signing in takes a bit.  I just clicked "manage auto pay" and after it freezing for a minute, it displayed a "were working on it" message. 

If i just knew WHY id feel better, i just accept whenever i need to use the site its going to be the most frustrating thing ill do today.

I can definitely understand why that would be frustrating, especially when other websites are loading normally.

To help narrow things down, have you tried making your payment through our Xfinity app to see if you experience the same issue there? It may help determine whether the problem is specific to our website.

It may also be worth clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then reopening the site and trying again. Sometimes stored browser data can cause pages to load slowly or display unexpected errors.

If you give those steps a try, please let us know if you notice any improvement. We'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.
