Appointment

how do I speak to a human? Don’t give me the number that’s plastered all over the Internet because it’s just a robot. I had an appointment this morning. They went to the wrong address and I couldn’t reach anybody. This is maddening. I am very close to reconsidering who I want for my service. Is there anybody out there who can give me a legitimate Phone number?

You can reach out to our phone agents, but the only number we have for getting to the team you need is by going through the automated system at 1 800 Xfinity. We are experts in all things Xfinity here though, and are always happy to help. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
