Applying ACP Benefit
Hi there,
I missed the window to recertify my ACP so I had to reapply for the benefit. That all went well and I just got notified that I was approved. However, I cannot figure out how to apply it to my xfinity account. I have tried the application page on xfinity and it tells me that I am not eligible at the moment.

Each year, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) must confirm your continued eligibility for the ACP benefit. If USAC is unable to confirm your continued eligibility through its automated database, you will be contacted with the next steps on what you must do to recertify your ACP eligibility. If you do not recertify within the time period provided by USAC, you will be removed from ACP, lose your ACP credit, and be responsible for the full cost of your Internet service.
