App wont let me sign in

After going through the process of changing my password i am having trouble signing in, i am redirected to a webpage to add my account info, and once i fill it y am redirected to the app

I need help because i need wifi to work

Hi @user_bc3843 , thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Welcome to the community! I can understand the disappointment when your internet is not working correctly. I am sorry to hear this has been an ongoing issue. I personally work from home and have three teenagers in the house. I think internet is more important than water in my house. I would be happy to help get the problem resolved with your username/password and the app. I appreciate your patience and apologize for the delayed response.
