ANOTHER 'rendering error' issue with the billing tab

As multiple people have written on this forum in the last month or so, I am getting the same rendering error and am unable to view the billing tab.

This is becoming ridiculous, customer service is useless.

I have changed browsers, cleared caches, changed user profiles- nothing works. It clearly is an issue with Xfinity.

How about you give us all some answers..?

Thank you for taking the time to create this post for your Xfinity Community Forum. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing tab. You are in the right place for help.

 

Have you tried accessing the billing tab both from our website and from the Xfinity My Account app? Have you checked to ensure you are using the primary Xfinity ID when logging in to your account, not a secondary UserID?
