Another account linked to ours

Has anyone else had this problem? Our family email is the mashup of my husband and my names. I also have a secondary account. After 6 years of having our family email address, someone joins Xfinity with that last name. We start getting connection notices.  I look at our account and a woman in Houston (we live in ATL) is now linked to my secondary email. After many calls, we can’t get her unlinked. We end up having to switch our recording on our dvr to our family email and deal with this account that is now, apparently, linked to us until we drop xfinity. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent over the last year trying to drop this atacou to from ours. Now however it is rearing it’s head again. My iPhone and iPad, where I use my secondary email exclusively, will only log into her DVR and I can’t watch the news while I’m teleworking because yes. - I don’t live in Houston and I can’t watch live tv. I can’t find a knowledgeable tech that can rectify this issue and remove this person from our lives. Anyone have any ideas?..
