“An active pass was not found” xfinity now

I just paid for another month of Xfinity now WiFi and my laptop is no longer connecting. I don’t have any other devices connected and the WiFi is working on my phone but when I try the laptop it says “An active pass was not found”. 

I tried multiple times in many ways and it seems it wants to force me to pay again, although I just paid a couple of days ago and it is working on my phone.

Perfect! @user_j6wmc5. On the email, there should be a dedicated customer service phone number you can contact for additional assistance. Our Wi-Fi pass dedicated support team will gladly assist with your concerns. I hope this helps!
