Administrator, I also need my username corrected.

Yes, I messed up my username when I registered.  I need to have it changed.

Please help.

I appreciate you reaching out for support here within our community Firehot.21.05.1954! You've come to the right place for help, and Xfinity makes it easy to update your username whenever you'd like 👍

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to xfinity.com.
  2. Click the Account icon on the top right-hand corner and click Account and Identity.
  3. Under Your Information, click Xfinity ID and Security.
  4. Click Personal email within the Your Information section.
  5. Click Change email.
  6. You'll be asked to verify your identity. You can choose one of two ways:
    • Tap a notification in the Xfinity app
    • Enter a verification code fom your email or text message
  7. Confirm you are the one trying to make this change by tapping the notification in the Xfinity app or entering the code.
  8. Enter the new email address in the Email Address box, then choose Continue.
  9. You'll receive a code at the email address you entered. Enter the code on the screen. Choose Verify
  10. You'll recieve confirmation the email you entered is verified.

@XfinitySeth​ customers can't change their Forum name.  Only the administrators can do that.  Forum name ≠ Xfinity ID.
