Address is wrong again and I cannot sign in.

Why?  My service constantly cuts out at night for no reason and I cannot "use the app" to activate the device which is supposed to allow me to actually get the service I pay over $100 for monthly.

Tell me why this is so.

user_b73pe6 That does sound frustrating. Your address would not change unless you moved your services to a new location. We do have to use specific formatting for your address, however, so that may be the issue. I recommend going to pages, like the channel lineup page, and entering your address in the drop-down box. The preferred address should pop up in a drop-down menu for you to pick from. If you are not entering your address in that same format, you may get an error. Also, your paper bill would have the address shown on it in the correct way as well.
