Address Correction – Missing Unit Number
Hi,
I recently signed up for Xfinity internet service because I’m moving next week. However, I accidentally left out my unit number when entering my address during the sign-up process.
Fortunately, I was able to update my mailing address to include the unit number, but I’m not sure how to update the account/service address.
Do I need to cancel my order and sign up again, or is there a way to update the unit number on the current account?

Good morning @user_oac15u we can help get the address corrected. Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
