Adding a name to my paper bill

I recently had some roommates move from out of state. He is looking to get his driver's license in the state I live in but needs a proof of residency. An internet bill is one of the choices for the required documents. I tried going to the account bar, and I added him as a manager onto my plan, but I don't feel like his name will also show up the paper bills. Would I have to call customer service about possibly adding him as a primary or something like that? Thank you for the comments :)
