Add spouse’s name to bill

Is it possible to add my spouse’s name to my Xfinity bill?

Xfinitykev1 Thank you for reaching out! We can add a name to the billto section of your Xfinity billing statement. It will not appear until your next billing cycle when a new statement is generated. However, you can only have one name as the account holder. Our team can help add a name for you. To send a "Direct Message" message:


• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
