Thanks @BruceW , it is not possible @Phongtran . If you need proof of residency, please use another bill e.g. your utility bill. The reason behind this is the account and the financial responsibility can only be tied to an individual at the address. When you sign up for services we have to verify you are who you say you are, and that's not done for the family, it's done for an individual. This applies to most if not all ISPs and mobile carriers.

Oddly, Comcast says they can't do that. See, for instance, the employee statement in https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Transfer-admin-right-to-authorized-user-to-add-his-name-on/m-p/3339781#M33476:
