Activate Peacock

I am trying to activate my free Peacock benefit through Xfinity.  Peacock says "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."  Error PPG-0017-16cf755. Please find the Peacock account and reset/unlink it so I can activate Peacock with my current email address.
