user_gnammy Thank you for stopping in for help with your Peacock Subscription and not being able to log in. Is this a new subscription you are trying to activate after setting up a new promotion? Or is this a Peacock subscription you already had set up and are running into an error when trying to log in?

No my question is not answered. Can now only get basic peacock . States need to upgrade but I have premium

user_gnammy I apologize, but the more details you can provide, the easier. Is this a new subscription, or is it one you have been using already?

If it is new, did you follow the activation steps for the Peacock subscription?

user_gnammy That is the user name you are logging in under if that is not you, please log out and log back in using the correct Xfinity ID. Also, please avoid making duplicate posts. 

If you are not the user you are logged in as currently, that also may be why you are not able to access your Peacock content. If you have already followed the steps above for activation and Peacock shows as Active on your My subscription page, the most common reason for that error is that you are not using the correct login information. If you read over the activation link. It does say you do not need to use the same login as your Xfinity ID.
