Acct hacked

Acct hacked ok let me say that I'm not great at dealing with all this technology on a little phone. I have fought with these renters abt getting into my acct an what I finally realized last nite is I can't stop them. I mean some folks our just not normal an its foo much for me to try an stop them I'm not the internet police. I love Xfinity an the service but I will say this abt your online apps, chat, email, text, speak to an agent stuff it's to much for me to watch for. I have as much security on my acct as you offer but not enough. Last nite i see where their getting in thru is the email station or the chat feature. I sent all my stuff to security in New Jersey I hope they get catch an punish these people.
