Accounts connected that shouldn't be
I recently did a service transfer as I'll be moving, but on the confirmation text it sent, it used my dad's name rather than mine. I have logged into my parents account with their ID before to help with troubleshooting, but their account and mine are IN NO WAY CONNECTED. I tried to get through to a person on xfinity assistant and of course couldn't. I've looked at all the account settings I can and have no idea why this is happening.
