I cannot sign into my account. Everytime I sign in, it kicks me back out. I am trying to set up services at our new address. We have never had xfinity before. I made an account and tried to submit my order for internet and it kicked me back to the xfinity home page and I never got any sort of confirmation that the order went through. I have tried to chat but it wont allow me to stay signed in on any device i try to use. I also cannot get through to a live person on the phones. Please help!

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
