Account transfer

Hi! I need to transfer ownership of my existing Xfinity internet account to my former roommate. She currently has the modem and equipment at the service address, and I want her to take over the account and become financially responsible for the monthly bill.

I do not want to cancel the service or have the internet disconnected. I would like to complete an account ownership transfer so she can keep the existing service and equipment. Can you please initiate an Account Change Request and explain what paperwork we both need to submit?
