Hi @user_f5d7g7 To transfer your Xfinity service or account ownership to another person, both you and the new account holder must complete the Xfinity Account Ownership Change process. With this change are you looking for your roommate to keep the same equipment and plan?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:


1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
