Account transfer
I'm moving soon and won't need wifi where I'm going, so I want to transfer my account to my roommate. I saw online that it's best to go in person to a store, but the nearest store is way too far away for that to be possible. Is there any way to transfer the account over online? If not, I need to cancel it and am not sure how to go about that either. Any help is appreciated!

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
