Account transfer to another person that hasn't died

Hi there,

I would like to know if it's possible to transfer ownership of my service to another person.

I've come across a form that allows transfers, but it only applies to specific situations like:

- death

- legal name change
- divorce

- moving out

- military deployment

However, I want to transfer it for personal reasons (not listed above).

--> Is there any way to fully transfer the service to someone else online, even if it's not for one of the listed reasons?
