Account Transfer and Closing
My previous account stopped working after my flatmate moved out of town, so I created a new account yesterday since I couldn't reach her. Since then, she has called Xfinity and arranged to transfer the connection to my name. However, in the meantime, I had already set up a new connection because the previous one was no longer working. How do I combine both accounts?

@Maharia Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the concern if the services stopped working. We don't have a way to combine two accounts. You would need to either keep the account active that you set up, or you would need to take over account ownership of hers.
