Account sign in

Just order Xfinity and made an account, I ’m able to sign in but after that an error occurs that says “the page didn’t load correctly” or “the credentials you have entered are invalid.” Don’t know what to do at this point.

The same thing happened to me when I signed up for service Friday. I’m not sure if my account was created and equipment sent or not.

To send a "Peer to peer" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
