Account setup
When I sign in to my account it says "We're getting your account set up". I already recieved my modem but I can not activate it due to my account not being set up. I've had my modem for a week now and have not been able to use it. When I try to sign in to the app on my phone it says "you're signed in but you're not a user". So I cant even use the hotspot.
