Account setup stuck

Hi.

My friend sent me a referral link and I used the link to setup my internet for my new apartment. So I used link, then followed the step to register account and then shopped my internet option. Then before I submit my order the page crashed and when I re open. My account is logged in but I cannot access anything including account setting, my bills my plans. All the subpage for me are stuck. Seems like my account is created but no plan is added so all the subpages are closed to me. Is there anyway to reset the account or something? I don’t even know if my order is processed or not. I don’t  want to create a new account either because I already put my SSN and number in that one.

@XfinityChelseaB Hi, I still have problems, today I received email asked me to complete my order and I did that, it linked my ID to the stuck account and I got the "CrsId is invalid in request". Seems like I still cannot complete the order or use the account
