Account Setup - Cannot Verify Identity

I am in the process of setting up an Xfinity internet plan for an apartment I am moving into next week. During the account creation process I was presented with a question asking for my age. Upon entering I received an error that my age "could not be verified". I tried again and the site refreshed to an error. Any further attempts to continue through the process led to this same error. The online assistant has been of no help, and the representative I was directed to by my landlord to begin the process has been of no help either, so I turn now to here. 

Ive been trying to go through account settings, but this has repeatedly resulted in the page not loading or returning a "some unexpected happened" error. I have been at this for about 2 hours now and am running out of ideas.

Gotcha, we can certainly help out. Did you receive any confirmation email? I want to avoid opening an account and having duplicates.

@XfinityVictor​ I received emails with links to finish orders, that was how I ended up at the age question. If it would be of any help, would you like me to provide the email associated with the account?
