Account randomly deactivated

My account was randomly deactivated for no reason. Like my internet is just like gone. I have a balance but its not overdue so idk whats going on

Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.

THIS. I have exactly the SAME problem. 

My internet just cut out. I try to log in and my account disappeared...only showing my last service address as inactive. The new address and any trace of the moved/new service vanished. I also see that there is a balance.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

The same thing is happening to me too! And I can’t connect to any customer service rep to help me figure it out. So frustrating.

@user_7bb6a5​ I had to call customer support and get transferred a few times, explaining my issue each time. I had bills for the disappeared account ready to prove that my account vanished. they ended up not being able to do anything other than treating me as a brand new customer with new service at my home. the positive of that is you are eligible for the new customer offers....
