Account permissions
I am the only person on my account, and I am only a "member," not the "primary" account holder. So I cannot access my bill to pay it. I have no way to change this role by myself even though no one else has access to my account. I tried to contact customer service and received no help. I cannot even look at my bill, let alone pay it. I can't contact a real human and the AI chat just sends me the same links I can't access because of my "role."

Our Customer Security Assurance team, CSA, can get that updated for you. They are open from 8 AM-12 AM Eastern, 7 days a week and can be reached by calling 1-800-XFINITY and requesting to speak with CSA. The team is fantastic to work with and will have this all fixed in no time at all!
