Account Ownership Change Request Form
I am planning on changing the account ownership to another family member and would like to access the appropriate forms to do so. Where can I locate these forms? As I would like to start getting them filled out and for myself and my family member as well. If I can get help in obtaining the Account Ownership Change Request Form, it would be greatly appreciated!

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
