Trying to log onto an xfinity hotspot and I get to a page that says, "Account no longer active"

Hello, @user_0ptc3w. I'm sorry to hear you're getting this error message when attempting to sign onto this Xfinity hotspot. Have you attempted to "forget" this particular signal before trying to sign back on? Also, are you having this same issue with any other hotspot signal?
