[Edited - Privacy] is not my email anymorei been changed that months ago in the xfinity app unless my account is hacked or compromised so why hasn't it changed on yall end

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you receiving account notifications at an old email address, or are you being asked to log in to your account using an old email address?
