Account Management (UX) User Experience
My experience with the Account Management portal on the main Xfinity site has been quite atrocious! The website is riddled with issues, to include:
- It logs me out randomly going from page to page,
- page loads are among the slowest of any site I've ever been too,
- it never remembers my session when I select the option and have to login again anyway,
- it times out and logs me out after only a few minutes (5?),
- I sometimes have to delete all my cookies just to be able to login again,
- there are way too many cookies (IMO),
- and things are just damn difficult to find the information I want.
Upon logging in, I would argue that the default page should be an Account Overview, to include:
- my selected plan,
- the services therein,
- how much I'm paying for said plan,
- and most importantly, if I'm paying a discounted rate, when the deal ends along with similar options to save money.
