Account Management (UX) User Experience

My experience with the Account Management portal on the main Xfinity site has been quite atrocious! The website is riddled with issues, to include:

  1. It logs me out randomly going from page to page,
  2. page loads are among the slowest of any site I've ever been too,
  3. it never remembers my session when I select the option and have to login again anyway,
  4. it times out and logs me out after only a few minutes (5?),
  5. I sometimes have to delete all my cookies just to be able to login again,
  6. there are way too many cookies (IMO),
  7. and things are just damn difficult to find the information I want.

Upon logging in, I would argue that the default page should be an Account Overview, to include:

  • my selected plan,
  • the services therein,
  • how much I'm paying for said plan,
  • and most importantly, if I'm paying a discounted rate, when the deal ends along with similar options to save money.

I don't know what that iperceptions site the bitly points to, but my browser is blocking it due to tracking and privacy settings, so I probably won't be going there, but I did leave my feedback on the support site. Be that as it may, since I did post here on the forums, I'm also interested if any other customers have similar feedback or experiences, so please keep this open for comment.
