Account Management Primary/Secondary??

You guys have really made the account management 10 times worse.  Where do I login account management to change add delete secondary accounts.  I AM logged into the Primary Account and there is no option, nor do the list of users (emails) appear. I have a couple of them I don't remember password. I last used this feature maybe 3-4 months ago without issue.

I want to add/delete the secondary accounts.

p.s. The new web site  updates are HORRIBLE!

NO.  I am logged in as Primary and the option to manage all the accounts is not there any longer. I have to login to EACH email.  I have found, 1 Primary, 1 Manager and 3 Viewers.

To confirm the "Account" icon isn't on the website when you log in as the primary user? The links you shared are related to identifying and changing user roles, but ours that we shared was how to use the website to remove secondary ones like you requested.

@XfinityEricB​ It's the same, solution ID you proposed, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account and https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts.  This feature is missing in the Web Site, it was there maybe 4-5 months ago.  Specifically I do not see the sub accounts referenced at below image. I AM signed on as Primary User. Please advise.  Maybe the sub email/xfinity accounts are no longer 'attached'  to the Primary User? How to resolve or who to call?

Hi @user_d1c131. Please follow theses steps here;

 

Sign in to xfinity.com as the primary user. and then click Account and Identity. Scroll down to locate the user you wish to remove and click their name. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Remove from account to permanently delete the ID from your account.
