Account management issue

I have had service since March, 2025 at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. 'm trying to sign into my account, primarily to change my autopay bank. I see only messages that are like 2-5 years old and have nothing to do with me.

How do I see my own acount?

Hello, @loisk6 sorry for the inconvenience. Can you assure you are logged into the Xfinity App using the primary Xfinity ID? Only the primary can see and make changes to the billing/payment information. Also, have you recently moved or have multiple accounts? You might be accessing an old account. Please review this support article below to make sure you are accessing the correct account:
