Account management - change legal name
Hello-
I need to update my legal name on my account. It will only let me update my chosen name online and will not allow me to request an account change request form. I need the form specifically as I am recently married and need to legally update the details. Thank you.

@GVL589 Thanks for adding a post. We can create a ticket to have this escalated. It is faster to complete in a store as the agent can check the ID and make the chance immediately. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
