We can certainly figure out what is going on with your account login. Are you getting a specific error message when you are attempting to login? You will want to make sure you are logging in with the proper Xfinity ID. This could be the primary phone number, primary email, or username you created. Followed by your password. You can use the following link to recover either your Xfinity ID or the password if you don't remember one of the two.
