account log in

​I can log in to the website and app, but I get errors in both, and can't do anything more.  On my.xfinity.com, I get the error "Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now​
​Please reload the page and try again."  I'm logged in but if I try to look at billing or account info it jus takes my back to the password screed or goes to a blank page.  Resetting the password does not help.  I have tried on multiple browsers and devices, so the problem is not specific to my PC.​

​I have called Xfinity for support and the case would be escalated, but that person didn't help. They sent a tech who reset the router, but it didn't solve my problem. I can't get billing info or manage my plan. ​

Hello @user_9ffab5, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear you having an issue logging into your Xfinity account. Have you had a chance to clear your cache recently? I know doing this can help clear connection and log in issues and here are the instructions in case you need it. To clear cache and browser history: Hold down the Ctrl +Shift+ Delete to open the window for clearing cache and make sure the time range is selected as "All Time" for both basic and Advanced   Once you do that, please see if you can log into your account.
