Account issue
I have been trying to get help for my Xfinity NOW services for a month now. I am able to log in with the credentials I set for my account, but every time I advance past that step, I am hit with the same message: "Something unexpected happened. If the problem persists, please check back again later.". I have had 5 different chats and a phone call promising a 48-hour update on the issue that never came. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I can't make any changes to my account, update billing info, etc. I'm just hit with the same message every time. I think it's because I previously had a different account under the same email address from my old apartment that I haven't lived in for over a year now. When I signed up for Xfinity NOW, it let me use the same email to make my new account, which I naively thought wouldn't be an issue. I have gone over this again and again in the chats and keep coming back in the same loop. I need help to fix this issue. The chat/support interface is extremely frustrating, telling me I need to sign in to get support, then I do sign in, then it tells me I still need to sign in and get support. I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to even begin to get help. Please help me fix this issue.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_cmylxf. Sorry to hear about the trouble with trying to get Xfinity NOW services. We appreciate you sharing the experience, and we'll do all we can to assist. You did mention attempting to connect with Xfinity NOW Support: https://www.xfinity.com/support/now to assist, and that was the correct path. However, it sounds like that didn't work for you. We'll be happy to help. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
