Account is broken

I went to the store in Burlington ma to move my account.  My entire account is now broken.  I can't pay or set up my router and my old account at the previous address is now inaccessible.  I'm about ready to cancel and just go to your competitor as i can resolve it after 3 calls and countless issues with the incredibly counterproductive AI assistant that makes me want to throw things.  Please fix my busted account or I will cancel my service.
