account instantly signing me out every time?

I can't sign in at all, i finished my plan and but in my banking but now i literally cannot sign in and stay signed in.

Hey, @user_81d818! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues trying to get signed in. Do you get any type of error message or just sign right out? Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies while not being on the site? Have you tried to open an incognito mode or private browsing page and see if that would let you log in?

@XfinityMichaelC​ no error message it just signs me out, tried incognito mode and tried multiple browsers as well. Caches cleaned also. i just get signed out instantly.....

Thank you for letting us know what you have tried. I just tested my personal login and it seems to let me in and stay in, so this doesn't indicate a site-wide issue. We would like to have a closer look into this and see what else could be going on. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
