Thank you for reaching out here. You can add, edit, and remove your saved payment methods online or in the Xfinity app. 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Scroll to Bill Settings and select Payment methods. 
3. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method. 
4. Select Add Payment Method.
5. Choose New bank account or New credit/debit card, then select Continue.
6. Enter the six-digit code sent to you to confirm your identity.
   • If adding a bank account, you will connect to your bank using Plaid. Plaid helps protect and verify your account.
     • Select or search for your bank.
     • Sign in using your online banking username and password.
     • Complete any security steps your bank requires.
     • Choose the account you want to use (checking or savings).
     • If your bank does not support instant login, enter your routing and account numbers.
7. Enter your name and payment details and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions.
   • You can also Turn on automatic payments with your new payment method.
8. Click Save.
9. You will see a confirmation message when complete.

   Manage payment method in the Xfinity app

   1. Sign in to the Xfinity app.
   2. Tap Account.
   3. Select Bill details.
   4. Tap Bill settings.
   5. Select Payment method.
   6. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method. 
   7. Select Add Payment Method.
   8. Choose New bank account or New credit/debit card, then tap Continue.
      • Enter the six-digit code sent to you to confirm your identity.
   9. Enter your name and payment details and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions.
      • You can also Turn on automatic payments with your new payment method.
   10. Tap Save.
   11. You’ll see a confirmation message when complete.
