Hello, @user_5irk6a thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. When setting up service, one of the steps needing to be done is creating a Xfinity ID. This allows customers to set it up with the information they want to use instead of auto generating to give more customer control. If the Xfinity ID wasn't created during the account set up process that would need to be done following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username
Once the Xfinity ID is created, customers can log into their account either online: https://www.xfinity.com/manage-my-account or through the Xfinity App.
