Account has wrong name in some screens
I have had phone agents update my name on my account but it still shows the wrong name on some pages. On my monthly bill email my first name is correct but the last name is wrong. This is irritating. Can someone please fix my last name everywhere on my account? I’ve gone to every screen where I can edit it and it looks correct on these screens. I’ve had multiple accounts linked to my login so something is broken somewhere, because it still shows the wrong name sometimes.
If I get one more bill with the wrong name on it I’m going to cancel my service. Verizon 5g home is $40 cheaper a month and if Xfinity doesn’t care to even get my name right on my bill I don’t want to be their customer.

No, it’s incorrect on the statement. It’s also incorrect when I go to my account -> billing -> current statement. I can’t change the name here. Can someone please fix this? Everywhere else my name is correct but not on my bill.
