Account Error

I’m a new customer and tried purchasing internet yesterday, but never got confirmation of my order. I also received an email saying I did not complete my order. I tried looking at my account, but the page says, “Thanks for you purchase! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.”

 

I've tried several things to fix this, but keep getting error messages saying I have invalid credentials or that there is a communication error. Also having trouble finding an agent to talk to. Please help!
